I don't think you have a problem, Mike D. I think most Canadians think the USA is just a big Canada anyway!    Er! Now I think I'm in trouble! Who's your attorney!

Come on now. We all know that Americans all want to be Canadian. I mean, we got mad cows, great wood, health care, invented basketball, perfected hockey (contrary to Torino), our national animal is a beaver

AND We put BBQ sauce on our steaks

It just don't get better than this

Billy pics of me posting my smileys would be pure heresy and Lance would just throw me out of here, especially from a morning pic having what's left of my hair aiming at the ceiling and a large smile across ma face !

Rod, i would most agree with what your sayin' but they might change their minds when they see what we do to our dogs on a lazy day according to Charliewood's expression!

Try the steak sauce made by the keg - a little darker and more tang to it ..MMMMM ...and of course a liberal dose of Montreal (GO HABS GO) steak spice from Costco - the stuff is awesome. Lots of garlic and pepper in there plus a whole bunch of other stuff thats bad for you .. now where's my beer ???

So, do you southerners have "The Keg" down there. It's a steak house, a little higher end than The Outback steak house.

Oh, I just took a look on their web site and see that there are 5 locations down south. Now what does The Keg have any right setting up a steak house in Texas? I've been to an outdoor Texas bbq near Fort Hood and let me tell you, there is nothing bigger than a Big outdoor bbq in the middle of Texas. i'm sure Steve Kinard has been there, I meen, how big is Texas anyway . It's only about 350 miles one way, worth it for a realy big BBQ

I found it, Cooper's Old Time Pit BBQ

Here's a picture of one of the grills, whew... my mouth is waterin just remembering, and that was about 7 years ago.

Coopers is good, but the Salt Lick is better. It's BBQ heaven. Plus, there's usually live acoustic guitar music on the patio. You just can't beat it.
